Tastes like: Slightly sweet and sparkling, this wine is a dream come true. You cannot help but smile when you taste it. It is a deep rose in color. Bright strawberry and light candied cherry notes dominate the palate. The finish is long and fresh and fruit-filled.

Pairs well with: Chocolate. It is possible just to enjoy on its own as well.

Comments: From an obscure part of France, this wine is made from Gamay and Poulsard grapes. Made in the “method ancestral,” the fermentation finishes in the bottle and leaves about 8 percent alcohol. It is light and refreshing.
