Black-bunned Burger King Whopper is quite the talker

You could celebrate the arrival of fall flavors the easy and safe way, with a pumpkin spice latte or a jack-o-lantern frosted doughnut.

Or you could do it the hardcore way, with a Darth Vader-esque black-bunned burger and a reputation for producing biological surprises.

Wichita Burger Kings now are carrying the restaurant’s A.1. Halloween Whopper, served on a sesame-seed-topped black bun that’s flavored like A.1. Steak sauce.

The burger is making headlines, but not for the reasons you might think. Those who eat the burger are reporting some very interesting restroom developments, likely due to the dyes required to make that bun so black. The Washington Post addresses the topic fully in this frank story.

Be careful what you Google on the topic, though. People have posted some pretty graphic photos onto the Internet.

Has anyone tried this burger? I want to know how it tasted. And that’s all I want to know.

The Halloween burger is available through the end of October.
