Wichita restaurants offering random list of brunches, deals, freebies on Father’s Day 2024
Dads can be a bit random, and so is the list of Father’s Day dining specials, brunches, freebies and deals being offered by Wichita restaurants this year.

Special plated brunches
AVI, 135 N. Waco, 316-262-3300: A Father’s Day special four-course meal will be served from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday and will include an appetizer, salad, entree with sides and dessert for $40 or $50, depending on the entree. First Mile Kitchen, 2141 N. Bradley Fair Parkway, 316-358-0130: Serving a special brunch menu from 9 a.m. to 3. p.m. featuring First Mile favorite brunch items and several specials for dad. The restaurant’s full new dinner will be available and it will be featuring a shareable tomahawk steak and eggs made on a wood fire grill, hot Italian sausage and peppers, chicken fried filet mignon, and a Reuben Benedict on a giant sourdough English muffin.
Lima Nation Peruvian Kitchen, 2146 N. Collective Lane, 316-719-6866: This restaurant is offering a three-course meal that includes an appetizer, entree and dessert for $58 a person. Dads, uncles and grandpas all get a complimentary round of draft or bottled beer. Available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5 to 9 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. New Paradise Biryani Pointe, 1648 S Rock Road, 316-927-3580: This Indian restaurant is offering a special Father’s Day brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. It’s $18.99 a person.
Stearman Field Bar & Grill, 14789 SW 30th St., Benton: Offering a breakfast buffet served starting at 8 a.m. Also serving mimosas and Bloody Marys.
The Sweet Spot, 8448 W. Central, 316-260-4999: Father’s Day brunch buffet offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Price is $27.95 a person. Call for reservations.
Twelve, 12111 W. Maple, 316-440-2812: Serving a Father’s Day brunch buffet on Sunday that’s $40 for adults, $16.50 for children ages 5-12. It will include smoked prime rib, smoked wings, a pulled pork station and more. Call for reservations.

Bricktown Brewery, 2142 N. Tyler and 2035 N. Rock Road: Dads who dine at this restaurant starting at 11 a.m. on Sunday get a free decorative pint glass and $10 off their next visit, while supplies last.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, 1441 N Webb Road, 316-361-0950: From Friday to Sunday, families get Dad Deals for both dine-in and to-go orders. One is $31 and includes a 16-inch traditional cheese pizza, small house or Caesar salad and a dessert of choice. It feeds groups of two to three. Families of three to four people can get a deal for $38 with an 18-inch traditional cheese pizza, a large house or Caesar Salad and a dessert trio.
La Hacienda Tacos & Tequila, 5905 W. Kellogg, 316-425-8711: Dads get 20% off their meals during Father’s Day weekend.
Molino’s Mexican Cuisine, 1064 N. Waco, 316-977-9336: Three customers will win $40 off their checks (of more than $40) when they dine at Molino’s for Father’s Day.
Sazon Mexican Restaurant, 2624 E. 21st St.: This restaurant is offering free dessert to all dads on Sunday.
Fun miscellany
Mama Nith’s, 316-734-4135: These folks once owned a Cajun crawfish restaurant in Wichita but now just do occasional pop ups. They’re doing one for Father’s Day that offers boils full of crawfish, shrimp, mussels, corn, potatoes and more. They range in price from $50 to $100, and seafood also can be purchased by the pound. Public at the Brickyard, 129 N. Rock Island, 316-263-4044: This bar has been celebrating its 25th anniversary all week and will wrap it up with a family-friendly Father’s Day pop-up that will feature ribs, burgers and live music on the patio. It lasts from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Old School Tap House & Social, 210 E Kechi Rd., Kechi,316-295-3072: This Kechi venue will put on a Bourbon & Brews Father’s Day event on Sunday that starts at noon and will feature bourbon flights, build-your-own old fashioned cocktails and live music starting at 1 p.m.
Prost, 2721 E. Central, 316-260-3220 :This German restaurant is putting on an “Father’s Day Almost Oktoberfest” event all weekend that will include a limited menu featuring pork shashlik. It runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. both Friday and Saturday, and no tickets are required.
Texas Roadhouse, 2526 N. Greenwich and 6707 W. Kellogg: This restaurant opens early on Sunday — at 10:30 a.m. — just for Father’s Day.
