Tickets to this Wichita show sold so quickly, the venue just added a second performance
Wichita has a thing for Bobby Bones. The popular DJ and “Dancing With the Stars” champion frequently brings his shows to Wichita, and sometimes, tickets go so fast, the venue adds a second show.
That’s exactly what happened this time around. The Orpheum Theatre at 200 N. Broadway, which announced an Aug. 12 show by Bobby Bones a week ago, today announced the addition of a second show “due to overwhelming demand.”
Limited seats are still on sale for the initial show, scheduled for 7 p.m. on Aug. 12. Tickets for the new show, which will happen at 7 p.m. on Aug. 11, go on sale to the public on Friday. A pre-sale will run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, when those who use the presale code “LAUGH” will be able to get tickets early.
Tickets to both shows are $46 and $66. VIP tickets are $116. They’re available at www.selectaseat.com, by phone at 316-755-7328 or in person at the Select-a-Seat box office inside Intrust Bank Arena.
Bones is currently taking his “Comedically Inspirational” tour across the country. His shows usually contain a mix of Bones sharing stories from his life and performing silly songs. He has previously said that he tries to perform in Wichita every year.
