You might have noticed the attractive new sign that just went up on the building that formerly housed Tsunami Char-Broiled Teriyaki at 37th and Woodlawn.

The sign is for SpringRo Vietnamese Rolls & Bowls, a restaurant owned by Lan Tran that should be open by July 10. It’s at 6254 E. 37th St. North.

The restaurant will allow customers to order customizable, build-your-own spring rolls, banh mi sandwiches and spring bowls. Options will include grilled meats like shrimp, pork, beef and chicken, plus herbs and veggies like bean sprouts and jalapenos.

SpringRo also will serve fresh fruit smoothies, shaved ice and bubble tea.

Customers can dine-in, carry-out or order online for delivery within a five mile radius. There will be a $3 delivery fee.

Spring Ro will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. For more information, call 316-226-9123.
