A new wine bar called Fleur de Vin is planned for Wichita, but details are scarce

A tiny wine bar called Fleur de Vin is planned for one of the lower level spots at Revolutsia, the shipping container mall at Central and Volutsia that also has Prost, Taco Locale and Little Lion Cafe.

Those who are starting it don’t want to talk on the record yet and aren’t sharing details, but it is likely going into the vacant spot beside Monica’s Bundt Cake on the center’s west side.

For now, an owner said, they’re focused on finding a staff and figuring out the best time to open.

There’s a Facebook page for the business already, but it doesn’t have many details either, other than a logo and a Revolutsia address.

Fleur de Vin is French and translates to “flower of wine.”
