No buffets this year, but Wichita restaurants still offering Mother’s Day specials

Usually, Mother’s Day is one of the biggest days of the year for lavish buffets in Wichita restaurants.

But this year, Mother’s Day lands during the coronavirus pandemic, when many restaurants are just reopening from weeks long shutdowns, and — for safety reason — no one is offering buffets.

Several Wichita restaurants, though, are still putting together meals for Mother’s Day. Some are open for dine-in and serving brunch a la carte style. Others have designed lavish meals to go.

Here are your options for 2020, Wichita. E-mail me at dneil@wichitaeagle.com if you know of one I missed.
