Need a place to watch the Chiefs in the Super Bowl? A list of Wichita watch parties
The Super Bowl happens every year.
But it’s been 50 since a team playing in the big game resided so close to Wichita. So even here, there’s more interest than usual in watching the game, which will feature the Kansas City Chiefs vs. the San Francisco 49ers, and people who aren’t invited to home Super Bowl parties may be looking for people to watch the big game with on Sunday.
Local bars and restaurants are ready to welcome those people, and several are putting on special Super Bowl parties that include drink specials, discounted wings, giveaways, giant TVs, surround sound and a whole lot of togetherness.
Here’s a guide to some of the places that will be showing and celebrating the big game on Sunday.
