No matter your reason, each year, you can choose from a long list of Wichita restaurants that will be open on the holiday.
Here’s the 2019 list of Wichita restaurants that will be open on Thanksgiving Day, which this year falls on Nov. 28.

6S Steakhouse, 6200 W. 21st St. North, 316-361-6667: Buffet served 11-8 p.m., $34 for adults, $15 for children 8 and under. Reservations recommended.
Caesar’s Table, 125 N. Market, 316-946-5879: Buffet served 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. $17.95 for adults, $7.95 for children ages 12-4, free for ages 3 and under. Reservations accepted.
Chisholm’s American Beef & Ale House, inside the DoubleTree by Hilton, 2098 S. Airport Road, 316-945-1966: Buffet served noon to 4 p.m., $29.95 for adults, $24.95 for seniors 60 and above, $17.95 for ages 6 and 12, free for ages 6 and younger. Reservations recommended.
Country Kitchen, inside Best Western Wichita North, 915 E. 53rd St. North, 316-832-9704. Buffet is $17.99 adults, $15.99 seniors, $8.99 children 6-10; free for children 5 and under. Served 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.. Reservations recommended.
Golden Corral, 616 S. Ridge Road Circle, 316-945-5100, and 11006 E. Kellogg, 316-686-0669. Both will be open for lunch and dinner though they’re not solid on their hours yet. No reservations.
