West-siders tired of driving alllllllllllll the way downtown for food trucks will get a break this weekend.
A bunch of the trucks are getting together for a Westside Food Truck Rally that has been organized Hot-2-Trot Gourmet Hotdogs owner Adam Bussey. It will happen from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday in the parking lot of Towne West Square, 4600 W. Kellogg. The trucks will be set up just outside of the north entrance to the mall off of Maple.
The event will feature music by DJ Carbon, bounce houses and a long list of food trucks, including Hot-2-Trot, LumpiaPalooza, Lolos Crepes, Against the Grain, Wadadli Island Cuisine, Sugar Mama’s Soul Food and more.
The west-side rally will repeat monthly through the warm weather season but from now on will happen on the second Sunday of the month.
