Dining With Denise Neil

All-you-can-eat spaghetti is on the menu for Saturday in Wichita

The same church known for its big chicken and noodle dinner in January also puts on a big spaghetti dinner in April. The St. Paul’s United Methodist Church spaghetti dinner will return from noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday, featuring all-you-can-eat spaghetti plus salad, French bread, homemade desserts and beverages.

Congregants are preparing 45 gallons of homemade spaghetti sauce and more than 100 pounds of pasta for the event, where attendees can sit down at tables covered with red-and-white checkerboard tablecloths to dine.

The dinner is at the church at 1356 N. Broadway. Adults eat for $8 and ages 6 and under are $3. Dine-in or carry-out is available. Tickets are available at the door or by calling 316-267-3263. Some of the money raised will help feed the homeless in downtown Wichita.
