Become a Thanksgiving legend by using this stuffing recipe, made using food court pizza
You could buy the ingredients for your Thanksgiving stuffing at the grocery store like everyone else.
Or you could zip over the the Towne East mall and grab the ingredients at the food court.
Villa Italian Kitchen, which is the food court pizza vendor at the mall, is arguing that this year’s Thanksgiving bird should be filled with pizza stuffing. They’re even offering a recipe — and an instructional video.
I’m not sure anyone should actually do this — although if you decide to try it, I insist you report on the results.
I just thought the idea was so funny and off-the-wall that I must share it.
You can find the recipe here, but essentially, it involves cutting a whole meat-covered pizza into little pieces, mixing those pieces up with cream, chicken broth and Parmesan cheese, then baking it all in the bird.
I dare you.
