Brad Paisley opener is ill, cancels appearance

Country singer Cam, scheduled to open at tonight’s Brad Paisley concert at Intrust Bank Arena, has had to cancel her performance because of illness.

The singer, known for her hit “Burning House,” is suffering from the flu and a high fever, according to a news release put out this morning. She performed a free concert at Wichita’s Club Rodeo in December.

Opener Eric Paslay still will perform, followed by Paisley. The show is at 7:30 p.m. tonight, and doors open at 6 p.m.
