A concert at the Orpheum Theatre in April will bring “violin like you’ve never heard it before,” according to the promoters of Black Violin.

Black Violin is a duo of classically trained South Floridians who play a blend of classical, hip-hop, rock, R&B and bluegrass on their violins. Individually and together they’ve collaborated with artists including P. Diddy, Kanye West, 50 Cent, Tom Petty, Aerosmith, Aretha Franklin and the Eagles.

They will perform at 8 p.m. April 10 at the Orpheum. Tickets range from $25 to $45 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday online at www.selectaseat.com, by phone at 855.755.7328, and in person at the Intrust Bank Arena Box Office and Select-A-Seat outlets.
