Big Bad Voodoo Daddy to perform a holiday show at the Orpheum
Swing band Big Bad Voodoo Daddy will perform a holiday show at the Orpheum Theatre, 200 N. Broadway, venue officials said Friday.
The group will bring its “Wild & Swingin’ Holiday Party” to the venue on Dec. 15.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 6 and will be $50 and $35. They’ll be available at the Intrust Bank Arena box office, at Select-a-Seat outlets, at www.selectaseat.com, by calling 316-755-7328.
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy formed in Los Angeles in 1989 and gained fame after appearing in the 1996 film “Swingers.” Their music has been featured on many movies and television shows, and they’re known for hits like "Go Daddy-O” and "You & Me & the Bottle Makes 3 Tonight (Baby).” They performed at the Wichita Riverfest in 2013.
