Summer is right around the corner and that signals the return of summer concerts in Wichita.
For a small price – or often for free – you have the chance to discover talented local artists as well as listen to nationally-known musicians in some of the city’s prettiest settings.
What could be better than a summer al fresco concert?
Check out these upcoming dates, pack a picnic, load up your lawn chairs, and get ready for evenings full of live music under the stars.
Botanica’s Tuesdays on the Terrace
Tuesdays, 6–8 p.m., Botanica, 701 N. Amidon. $10 non-members, $5 members
Pack a picnic and settle in for an evening of live music in the gardens of Botanica. Two cash bars and food will be available throughout the events. Food available for purchase will be provided on various dates by Molino’s, Hot-2-Trot, Fetch, and Garden Café.

Thursday Summer Concerts at Bradley Fair
Thursdays, 7:30 p.m., Bradley Fair, 2000 N. Rock. Free
Bradley Fair’s 20th season of summer concerts kicks off on June 6 at the Bradley Fair Plaza. The concert lineup includes internationally known jazz, pop and soul artists. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Sodas and cocktails will be available for purchase from Newport Grill. Fireworks will conclude the July 4th concert.

KEYN Summer Concert Series
Fridays, 6:30 p.m. doors and food trucks open, 8 p.m. concerts, WaterWalk, 515 S. Main. Free
Enjoy a beautiful summer evening at the WaterWalk for good food, live music and the dancing WaterWalk fountains. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to set up in the WaterWalk Commons.
Food and drinks are available to purchase from local food trucks. Guests may park in the covered parking garage. Concert lineup is subject to change.
