Def Leppard, Journey to team up for Wichita concert this summer
Def Leppard and Journey will both perform at a concert that will arrive at Intrust Bank Arena on July 16.
The groups, both of which reached their height of popularity in the 1980s, will perform together as part of their co-headlining North American tour. They’ll trade off who performs first at each show.
Def Leppard is known for hits like “Pour Some Sugar On Me” and “Love Bites.” Journey’s hits include “Don’t Stop Believin,’ ” “Faithfully,” and “Wheel in the Sky.”
Def Leppard last performed at Intrust Bank Arena in 2015 with Tesla. Journey performed at Kansas Star Casino in 2013 and with The Doobie Brothers at Intrust Bank Arena in 2016.
Ticket information, including prices and an on-sale date, will be announced soon, according to a news release.
