Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer jams with the KU Jayhawks

Chad Smith, drummer in the Red Hot Chili Peppers, was spotted in the stands wearing a KU shirt and hat, according to the KU Alumni Association.
The men’s basketball members then improvised a chant to invite Smith to jam with the Jayhawks. The chant certaintly did work.
Smith and the Jayhawks permormed a cover of Jimi Hendrix’ “Fire.”
You can watch the jam in a video posted to Twitter by Smith, @RHCPchad.
