Refresh at Abode Venue

Refresh is an event being put together by DJ Carbon that aims to introduce something different to the Wichita nightlife scene – an elegant, upscale cocktail party with formal attire and “chill” music. The event is scheduled from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday at Abode Venue, 1330 E. Douglas. It’ll be the third party in DJ Carbon’s Refresh series and will include complimentary tapas from local chef Jason Febres and music from Tonny Ngo and DJ Carbon. The event also will feature signature cocktails, and attendees will be required to wear cocktail attire, including suits and ties for men. Tickets are $10 in advance at www.eventbrite.com or $15 at the door.
