Lyle Lovett will return to Symphony in Flint Hills
Grammy-winning singer Lyle Lovett will perform again as the guest artist at the Symphony in the Flint Hills as part of the concert’s 10th anniversary celebration.
Lovett also performed during the concert’s fifth anniversary in 2010.
Tickets for the event, a concert by the Kansas City Symphony that takes place outdoors in the Flint Hills, go on sale at 10 a.m. March 7. The concert will be on June 13 at the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve, where it debuted in 2006.
This year’s theme is “Grasslands of the World.”
Tickets will be $90 for adults, $40 for children 11 and under. They will be available by calling 816-471-0400 or at www.kcsymphony.org. They’ll also be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 7 at Dillard’s in Towne East Square.
