One of Wichita’s favorite rappers, Tech N9ne, will come to the Cotillion in June, the venue announced late Tuesday.

The Kansas City native, known for his songs “Hood Go Crazy” and “Fragile,” will perform in Wichita at 8 p.m. on June 2.

Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne greeted fans on Thursday ahead of the release of his new album, The Storm, at an FYE store in Independence.

Joining Tech N9ne – whose real name is Aaron Dontez Yates – on the bill will be Brotha Lynch Hung, Krizz Kaliko, Stevie Stone and Ces Cru.

Technicians (as Tech N9ne fans are called) can get tickets to the show for $31.50 in advance and $35 the day of the show.

Tickets go on sale on Friday.

Tech N9ne last came to the Cotillion in May 2016, with much of the same supporting cast. The show sold out, according to the Cotillion.

Rapper Tech N9ne high-fived fans and stopped for a few selfies after performing the "I Believe" chant before a Sporting Kansas City game last year.
