Cody Johnson at The Cotillion
If you love down-home Texas authenticity, the country music stylings of Cody Johnson will appeal to you. With his blend of country and rock, Johnson won the 2014 Male Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year awards at the Texas Regional Radio & Music Awards. Johnson is showing no signs of stopping anytime soon – he has released five studio albums since 2006. The opening acts are Sam Riggs and Cameran Nelson.

‘The Runaway Snowman’ at Wichita Children’s Theatre & Dance Center
The Wichita Children’s Theatre’s adult acting company is putting on a Christmas adventure for the little ones with “The Runaway Snowman.” The show, intended for ages younger than 10, follows Robin and his talking snowman Happy. The audience is seated on the floor surrounding the actors.

Holiday Ball at the Boathouse
Dress to the nines and have a luxurious night on the town at the Winter Ball, hosted by the Wichita Chapter of USA Dance. AOOGAH! at Barleycorn’s
