Inflate-A-Fest at Century II
If your kids like inflatables, they can overload on them at Inflate-A-Fest by KidFest at Century II, 225 W. Douglas. Saturday’s event will feature more than 15 inflatables, rides and games for all ages. Marvel’s Capt. America will make an appearance. There will also be interactive stage shows, vendors, tournaments and more. Admission is $5 – it includes the rides – and the fest goes from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Children ages 3 and under get in free. Fall festivals in Bel Aire and Haysville
It’s the season for fall festivals – and here are two with free admission that are happening this weekend. The 31st Annual Haysville Fall Festival is Friday through Sunday at Riggs Park, 700 Sarah Lane in Haysville. Attractions include a food court, a beer garden, a parade, a carnival, kids games, pumpkin painting, concerts and a car show. For event times, visit http://haysvillefallfestival.com. Over in Bel Aire, the fall festival happens from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bel Aire Recreation Center, 5251 E. 48th St. North. Gregg Allman in Salina
Gregg Allman, a founding member of the Allman Brothers Band and a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, plays the Stiefel Theatre, 151 S. Santa Fe Ave., in Salina on Friday. The show starts at 7 p.m. with openers Alvin “Youngblood” Hart, Clinton Broussard and Jimmy D. Lane. Allman takes the stage at 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $59-$109 at ticketmaster.com or 785-827-1998.
