Humorist, author David Sedaris is returning to Wichita

Author and humorist David Sedaris, who has appeared in Wichita many times over the years, will return for an appearance in November at the Orpheum Theatre, 200 N. Broadway.

Sedaris, known for books such as “Me Talk Pretty One Day” and “Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim,” and his most recent book, “Happy Go Lucky,” will appear at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5. He’ll also be selling books.

Tickets will be $42.50 and will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday, though a special online-only pre-sale will happen from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday. Tickets will be available at selectaseat.com, by calling 316-755-7328 or in person at the Select-a-Seat box office inside Intrust Bank Arena.
