Bootleggers Ball

Get out your flapper dresses and fedoras. The 16th annual YWCA Women’s Crisis Center gala is a 1920s-themed party called Bootleggers Ball. The event will have dancing, auctions, live music by Henry Walker and the Regents, food and beverages. Proceeds will be used to support day-to-day operations of the center. The gala is from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the Marriott, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive. Tickets cost $100 ($70 tax deductible) at www.ywcaofwichita.org.

Sarah McLachlan at the Stiefel

Grammy-winning singer and Lilith Fair founder Sarah McLachlan makes a stop at the Stiefel Theatre in Salina on Wednesday. McLachlan’s hits include “I Will Remember You,” “Angel,” and “Building a Mystery.” The show starts at 8 p.m. at the theater, 151 S. Santa Fe. Tickets are $108 and $118 at www.ticketmaster.com or 785-827-1998.

Australian Bee Gees Show at the Orpheum

The Australian Bee Gees Show will take you down nostalgia lane with a multimedia show that celebrates the music of the famed trio. The concert will cover songs from “Massachusetts” to — of course — “Stayin’ Alive.” It happens at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Orpheum, 200 N. Broadway. Tickets are $30, $39.50 and $45 and are available at www.selectaseat.com and 855-755-7328.
