Circle's Stucky resigns

Circle boys basketball coach Jason Stucky has resigned after one season, citing personal reasons.

“My time commitments have changed,” said Stucky, who previously coached at Andover and was the All-Metro coach of the year in 2007-08. “I’ve got a 2-year-old and another coming in November. I have a business, and it’s picking up and getting busier. I’m wearing too many hats.”

Circle athletic director Matthew Carroll confirmed the resignation.

“We're in a process of trying to find an alternative,” Carroll said. “… The time of this wasn't the best, but certainly we can't control other people’s decision making.”
