Introducing the Wichita Eagle’s 2026 All-Metro boys golf team
The Wichita Eagle has selected its All-Metro boys golf team for the 2026 spring season, recognizing the top players and coaches from Sedgwick, Butler and Harvey counties.
Selections were made with a heavy emphasis on postseason success, scoring average and feedback from area coaches. The All-Metro team includes three teams, with the first team featuring the area’s top eight players and coach of the year.
Bishop Carroll freshman Kaden Leivian was named the All-Metro Player of the Year after finishing second in scoring average in Kansas and helping the Golden Eagles to a top-three finish at the Class 5A state tournament.
