BREAKDOWN

Andover lost all five of its starters from last season’s 11-11 team that lost to Andover Central in its substate semifinal game.

Forwards Oberg and Ralston give the Trojans varsity experience in the post, but Stucky is worried about his team’s experience at the guard positions.

Andover, however, will receive a nice Christmas present. After the winter break, Stucky’s versatile transfer, from Augusta guard, Steven Clausing (8 points) will be eligible to play.

BREAKDOWN

Andover suffered a key loss in graduating three-time all-league center Kylie Cooper, but the team returns seven of his top 10. Hamblin prides himself in having six or seven athletes that can play positions 1-4. Size is a plus.

The Trojans will use their guard-forward combos that average a height of 5-10 to create mismatches on offense and hound opponents defensively.

Hamblin will look for top players Cramner, Williams, Meisch and Tilson lead the Andover to its first Class 5A title game since 2008.
