Aaron Davis scored with nine seconds left in overtime to lift the Wichita Thunder to a 4-3 win over the Texas Brahmas on Sunday at North Richland Hills, Texas.
The win kept the Thunder in a first-place tie with Allen in the Berry Conference.
Alex Bourret scored five minutes into the game to give Wichita a 1-0 lead, and Thomas Beauregard gave Wichita a 2-1 lead in the second period.
R.G. Flath scored later in the second period to give the Thunder a 3-1 lead before Texas rallied behind goals from Ross Rouleau and T.J. Fox that sent the game to overtime.
It was Wichita's fifth straight victory, and closed out a stretch of four games in six days.
