Colorado's Ed McGrane scored three goals Sunday night and the Eagles sent a volley of shots at Thunder goaltender Scott Campbell in a 5-3 victory in Loveland, Colo.
McGrane scored two second-period goals as Colorado took a 3-2 lead, then completed the hat trick at 3:23 of the third period.
Colorado, which also beat the Thunder on Saturday night, sent 35 shots at Campbell through two periods and ended with 49 to Wichita's 25.
Neil Clark scored the game's first goal, giving Wichita a 1-0 lead on a power play 4:31 into the first period. The Thunder also led 2-1 on Tomas Kempa's power-play goal with 4:21 remaining in the period.
Ryan Campbell scored the Thunder's third-period goal.
The Thunder returns home for a Wednesday game against Colorado.
