Southeast senior running back Joseph Randle committed to Oklahoma State on Saturday. He is the second area player to commit to the Cowboys this season, joining defensive back Devin Hedgepeth of Derby.
"I feel like I can get on the field early and I felt at home there," Randle said. "I felt like that before I committed and even more so now. This is a total relief. I can just go out there and have fun now. I wish I had done it a little earlier."
The 6-foot, 180-pound Randle rushed for 1,733 yards his sophomore season and 925 yards last year. He has 842 yards and nine rushing touchdowns through seven games this season.
Randle, who chose the Cowboys over several Big 12 schools and Stanford, is the only running back so far to have committed to Oklahoma State from the class of 2010.
