Chicago State: The Cougars split two games in South Padre Island after Thanksgiving, defeating Georgia Southern 64-59 and losing to Liberty 67-65 in overtime. Chicago's State's other victory is a 79-75 decision against NCAA Division III Concordia University. Chicago State allows opponents to make 48.3 percent of its shots and is outrebounded by an average of more than 11 a game. It averages 20.3 turnovers. Four times it allowed the opponent to top 100 points, including 121 to Saint Mary's and 114 to DePaul.

Wichita State: This is the first game of a two-game contract. The teams meet in December 2011 at Koch Arena. WSU is paying an $80,000 guarantee to Chicago State for tonight's game. Durley played 27 minutes against Virginia and 17 against UMKC without grabbing a rebound. Kyles scored 12 points in Monday's win over UMKC, also recording three assists, four rebounds and no turnovers.
