Wichita State's women lost to Bradley 58-55 on Thursday at Peoria, Ill.
WSU missed its first 10 shots as Bradley raced to a 15-point lead with 7:40 left in the first half, but the Shockers cut it to three by halftime.
The Braves stretched the lead to 41-30 in the first four minutes of the half, and still led by 10 with 7:52 to play. Haleigh Lankster hit a pair of three-pointers to fuel an 11-1 run to make it 51-50 with 5:42 to play.
The Shockers finally took their only lead of the night when Chynna Turner hit a layup with 1:45 to play, but Bradley's Raisa Turner made a hoop and was fouled seven seconds later to take the lead back.

Lankster had 12 points to lead four Shockers in double figures.
Bradley attempted 24 more free throws than WSU.
