Missouri hits 10 threes in win

Kim English scored 23 points and Marcus Denmon tied a career-high with 17 points as Missouri relied on a barrage of three-pointers to beat Austin Peay 94-79 on Sunday in Columbia, Mo.

The Tigers (9-3) connected on 10 of 19 shots from beyond the arc, including eight in the first half. They broke open a close game with an 18-3 run over the final five minutes of the first half, scored the first seven points of the second half and led by as many as 27 points.

Denmon shot 4 for 6 on three-pointers, with English making half of his six attempts. Both reached double figures in scoring in the first half.
