Kansas State baseball wins home opener before record crowd

Kansas State baseball scored four times in the sixth inning and held off a late rally to defeat Western Illinois 6-4, in K-State's home opener. The Wildcats drew 3,192 at Tointon Family Stadium, a record for a K-State home-opener.

Nick Martini and Jason King provided the big hits in the sixth, including an RBI double by King.
