It is clear that executives and producers at NBC have endorsed Bob Costas’ political opinions regarding the Washington Redskins’ name. Politics should have no place in sports. I will no longer watch any event televised by NBC that has Costas as host or commentator.
I believe the name Redskins could be offensive to some, and they should consider changing it. The names Braves and Chiefs, however, convey strength and honor those they try to emulate.
Yes, the Washington Redskins should change their name, as “Washington” is offending everyone these days.

Are all of the problems with the sign-up for the Affordable Care Act the fault of appointed officials? What was the basis for selecting the company to provide the software? There are reports that better-qualified smaller companies do not even submit bids because of heavy lobbying by larger companies.
