I looked at the delinquent property tax list and saw a lot of LLCs listed. Gov. Sam Brownback has gotten the LLCs where they do not pay state income taxes. Is this what “free ride” means? Wish I didn’t have to pay for it.
The governor has control of the executive branch of Kansas government, and it seems he has control of electing the legislative branch. He also thinks he is the only one fit to select the judicial branch. So much for checks and balances.

How can there be a drought when every morning I see hundreds of gallons of water miss the grass and go straight down the drain?
The constant reference to Wichita as “River City” always seems silly, particularly when the river needs to be mowed.
What if, starting today, you did one kind thing for someone besides yourself? All positive change starts with one person, and our world could use some kindness.
I wonder if they allow concealed carry at nudist colonies?
