Doubling the fines with a “safety corridor” on Kellogg won’t stop the traffic violators. However, doubling the officers who provide the traffic enforcement on Kellogg will curtail the speeders and other violations.
Maybe if Wichita cops were patrolling Old Town for crime prevention instead of hiding out in DUI traps, Old Town would be a better, safer place to be.
