Rick Plumlee’s article on the “stand-your-ground” law (April 1 Local & State) was the best thing I’ve seen in print since the tragedy in Florida. The law requires that any use of force has to be reasonable. “Stand your ground” simply means you are not required to flee before defending yourself.
