Many legal experts weren’t surprised that Hillary Clinton wasn’t indicted over her use of a private e-mail server as secretary of state. But Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Wichita, seemed shocked, saying it “defies logic” that she wasn’t charged. “Poor judgment radically understates the intentionality of multiple violations of common sense, classified information handling requirements,” Pompeo said in a statement. “The fact that America’s senior leaders have failed to hold our top diplomat accountable for this dangerous behavior undermines our nation’s national security and its system of justice.” – Phillip Brownlee
