More Kansans are satisfied with President Obama (28 percent) than Brownback (18 percent), according to the new Kansas Speaks survey conducted by the Docking Institute of Public Affairs at Fort Hays State University. A whopping 69 percent of those surveyed were dissatisfied with Brownback. “This could be some of the lowest approval ratings of any Kansas governor in history,” Bob Beatty, a political science professor at Washburn University, told the Topeka Capital-Journal. “It’s epic.” – Phillip Brownlee
