Why can’t the military hardware the U.S. supplies to allies be equipped with a self-destruct feature in case it falls into the wrong hands?
NASA (what is left of it) has announced that there is water forming on Mars. In a related story, Vladimir Putin has claimed water rights on Mars. The early bird gets the water to wet down his vodka.
