Those will be the weather’s features in Wichita on Thursday, forecasters say. Highs will top out in the upper 70s, with variable winds staying in the single digits.
Overnight lows will be in the low 50s, with Friday bringing a slight chance of afternoon showers and stronger winds. Highs will climb into the low 80s, forecasters say, with steady west-southwest breezes in the teens.

Notably cooler temperatures move in behind the storm front, with highs in the 60s on Saturday and the mid-50s on Sunday. Showers and thunderstorms are likely on Sunday and Monday, forecasters say.
