The National Weather Service office in Dodge City has posted its schedule for storm spotter presentations in southwest Kansas.
The classes begin Feb. 29 in Dodge City and end April 14 in St. John. The classes are free and open to the public.
“Anyone with a desire to learn how to identify severe weather and to learn about the dangers from these storms are encouraged to attend,” an agency statement said.
