Skies will be mostly clear overnight, allowing temperatures to dip to the mid-30s. Tuesday will offer more sunshine and breezy conditions, forecasters say, with highs pushing into the mid-50s. South winds will be in the teens and 20s, with gusts topping 30 miles an hour.
Overnight lows will drop into the 20s, and a fresh shot of cold air will keep Wednesday’s highs in the mid-40s.
