Courtesy of National Weather Service

The first Monday in December will be sunny and unusually warm in the Wichita area, forecasters say.

Highs could reach the low 60s, with south winds pushing into the teens. That’s about 10 degrees above normal for this time of year.

In fact, 60s are in the forecast all week for Wichita, with sunny or mostly sunny skies anticipated. Overnight lows will be in the 30s and 40s, forecasters say.
