Highs should reach the mid-40s. Winds will pick up out of the east-northeast as the morning unfurls, with steady breezes reaching the teens and gusts topping 20 miles an hour. Lows are likely to bottom out in the low 30s.
Clouds should again predominate on Thursday, forecasters say, with temperatures climbing near 50 degrees. Winds will flip to the south and stay light.
Chances for rain arrive after midnight on Thursday and persist into daylight hours on Friday, forecasters say. Highs should reach the mid-50s.
