The roller coaster that temperatures have been riding lately continues Thursday in the Wichita area.
Highs may touch 60 with plenty of sunshine, forecasters say, but gusty north winds will make it feel colder than that. Those gusts will reach the upper teens.
Overnight lows will slide into the mid-30s. Friday should rebound into the upper 60s under sunny skies, with winds flipping to the south and surging into the 30s in gusts.
The weekend will be breezy and dry, forecasters say, with highs in the 50s and 60s.
