Drizzle is dampening the morning commute in the Wichita metropolitan area.
That should end before noon, forecasters say, with a bit of sunshine breaking through later in the day. Highs are expected to climb to the upper 70s or low 80s.
More clouds will move in overnight, bringing another chance of showers on Friday. Highs will be in the low 80s.
“There is a chance for more precipitation this weekend,” said Jaclyn Ritzman, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Wichita.
