Wichita will get a break on Monday from the rainy pattern of the past several days.
Highs should reach the upper 60s on a breezy day marked by a mix of sunshine and clouds, forecasters say. Northerly winds will be in the teens, with gusts approaching 25 miles an hour.
It’ll be chilly overnight, with lows dropping to the low 40s. Tuesday should be sunny and pleasant, forecasters say, with highs in the low 70s and winds shifting to the south and easing a bit. Gusts may reach the mid-teens.
Wednesday could see rain return to the area by afternoon, forecasters say, with highs in the low 70s.
